Privacy Policy

Living Earth Yoga is one yoga teacher, not a company with a data department. This page says plainly what I collect, why, and what you can ask me to do about it.
Health information has its own page. Washington law asks me to keep that separate, so anything about your body is covered by the Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy instead of this one.
Who I am
Living Earth Yoga LLC is a small Washington business run by Moyo, a yoga teacher. "I" and "we" both mean Living Earth Yoga LLC.
What I collect
From the sign-up form
- Your name and age.
- Your email address.
- Your yoga experience, what you're hoping for, what you have to practice with, and your other answers.
- Anything you choose to write in the optional boxes.
The form does not ask about your health. Anything about your body that you choose to tell me yourself, or that was shared before 18 September 2026, is covered by the health page.
From the Study Group page
- Your name and email address.
- Where you are in your practice, if you choose to say.
I use these to write to you when the Study Group doors open. You can ask to leave the list at any time.
If you sign up for text messages
- Your first name and mobile number.
- Your time zone and what time of day suits you.
- The date and time you agreed, and the wording you agreed to.
- Your check-in replies — how many minutes you practiced, and what kind of practice.
Texts are entirely optional, and you can join without them.
Ordinary website information
My website host (Netlify) and font provider (Google Fonts) receive standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address and browser type. I don't run advertising trackers on this site.
Why I use it
- To shape a practice around you — your body, your time, your life.
- To run the 14-day round, including daily check-in texts if you asked for them.
- To show you your own progress.
- To write to you about the program you signed up for.
Who helps me
A few ordinary tools store or move information on my behalf. They're allowed to do that for me, not to use it for themselves.

- My private records, where your answers are kept.
- Twilio
- Sends the text messages, if you signed up for them.
- Make
- Connects the texts to my records.
- Vimeo
- Hosts the practice videos.
- Stripe
- Handles payment, if and when there's anything to pay for.
What I never do
I never sell your information. Not to anyone, for any price.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from any sharing, and will not be shared with any third parties.
I don't hand anything to advertisers or data brokers, and I don't use your information to follow you around the internet.
Text messages
- You only get texts if you ticked the text box on the form. It's never required.
- Reply STOP to stop at any time, or HELP for help.
- Please don't send health details by text. If you do, I use them only to reply to you, then remove them from the check-in records.

How long I keep it
- Check-in replies
- Until 12 months after your round ends, then deleted.
- Proof you agreed to texts, and proof you said STOP
- At least 4 years, so I can show I respected your choice.
- Everything else
- Until you ask me to delete it, or until it's no longer needed.
Your choices
You can ask me to show you what I hold, correct it, delete it, or withdraw your permission. Email moyo@living-earth-yoga.com and say what you'd like — plain words are fine. I'll reply within 45 days.
Children
You need to be 13 or older to sign up. If you're 13 to 17, fill in the form together with a parent or guardian. Text messages are for people 18 and older only.
I don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child under 13 has sent me their details, email moyo@living-earth-yoga.com and I'll delete them.
Keeping it safe
Your information sits in private, password-protected accounts that only Living Earth Yoga can open.

Changes
If I change this policy, I'll update the date at the top. If it's a big change, I'll write to you rather than quietly editing the page.
