🌿 200-hour trained in India· 20 years of practice· Trauma-informed & gentle· Every body, every age welcome

For when "follow along" isn't enough anymore, but a teacher training is a bigger step than you want to take.

You’re not the problem. You just haven’t been met where you are yet.

💭

You’ve felt this

  • Online yoga channels can feel overwhelming — hundreds of choices, and no idea which to trust.
  • You want a structured practice but don't know where to start.
  • One-on-one yoga is out of your budget, but you know you need more than a group class can offer.
  • A room that moved too fast to ever feel like yours.
🌱

What you actually want

  • To feel calm and at home in your own body.
  • To begin slowly — no pressure, no shame.
  • A practice that’s yours, in your own space, in your own time.
  • Someone gentle to begin with you.
The heart of it

This is yoga that gives you back to yourself.

Living Earth Yoga teaches you to listen in. From your very first day, you learn the two things that change everything: how to breathe with whatever your body is doing, and how to feel a pose from the inside instead of chasing how it looks. That’s the difference between learning choreography and learning yoga — between needing a teacher forever, and being able to roll out your mat alone and truly know what to do.

“My job isn’t to keep you coming back forever. It’s to help you become your own teacher.”

Simple & gentle

How it works — 3 gentle steps

1

Say yes

Fill out a short, gentle intake so I can get to know you — where you are, what you’re hoping for, how you like to move — before you begin.

2

Begin together

Get 14 days of short, beginner-friendly practices you can print or have mailed to you. Choose if you want text reminders to keep you accountable.

3

Keep what’s yours

By day 14 you’ll have a breath practice, a meditation practice and a small library of Asanas you truly understand, and the first drafts of a practice that’s yours to keep.

More than a challenge

The 14 days are your doorway.
Here’s the practice they open.

Living Earth Yoga is a whole practice you grow into — personal, hand-painted, and built to deepen with you over years. The 14 days are just the first step onto a much longer path.

🪞

A practice shaped to you

Your sequences are shaped to how you feel, your body, your time, and even your access to nature — so the practice meets the life you’re actually living.

🎨

Illustrated for every body

Hand-painted watercolor poses with gentle variations — and a cast of avatars in all kinds of bodies, so you can see yourself on the mat.

📚

A living library you keep

A growing collection of poses, sequences, and breath — each one explained simply and deeply. It keeps growing, and a gentle community grows alongside you.

🌗

Simple and deep

Clear enough for your very first day, layered enough to study for years — the why underneath the shapes, not only the shapes.

🧘🏾

Trauma-informed & gentle

Slow on purpose. Choice-forward, never “do it right.” No pressure, no shame — only invitation. Every body, every age, every history welcome.

🌬️

Breath you carry everywhere

A portable breath practice for traffic, a waiting room, or the kitchen floor at the end of a long day.

Hand-painted watercolor poses — a gentle modification ladder, from supported to full expression

The 14-day challenge is free — and it’s the front door. Step through it, and all of this is here for you.

Moyo, founder of Living Earth Yoga
Why I’m doing this

Yoga was my raft.

I’ve been a construction worker, a street musician, an engineer, and a mother — and for a long time I never felt like I belonged anywhere. One thing carried me through all of it. Not the poses. Not touching my toes. The thing underneath — the breath, and coming home to my own body. I trained for 200 hours in India over a decade ago, and I’ve practiced through every chapter of real life since. Now I’m called to hand it on — the deep, gentle, true version that held me.

I was doing somatic yoga before I ever knew the word for it. I want to teach you to do the same — to listen to your own body, until you don’t need me at all.

Questions, gently answered

I’m not flexible at all. Can I still do this?

Yes — and you don’t need to be. Flexibility is not yoga. This is about the breath and feeling your body from the inside, not touching your toes. You begin exactly where you are.

I’ve never done yoga, or I tried it and felt lost.

Then this is exactly where to start. We begin at the very beginning and move slowly, one pose at a time — so you’re never rushing to catch up. You don’t need any background at all. You only need to be curious.

How much time does it take?

A few minutes a day. Short, gentle practices made for a real life — a busy job, little kids, a tired body.

Do I need equipment or a studio?

No. A patch of floor by a window is enough. A mat is lovely but not required.

What does it cost? Is there a catch?

The founding round is genuinely free. I’m giving it, not selling it — the first members help shape what this becomes. (There may be a small monthly membership later, for those who want to keep going — but that’s down the road, and only if it’s right for you.)

Is this religious?

Spiritual but not dogmatic — earthy, gentle, never preachy. Come as you are.

Come begin with me.

If something in you just said yes — that’s enough. You don’t have to feel ready. You only have to be curious.

The practice isn’t about getting it perfect. It’s about returning to yourself, again and again.
